Anil Sunkara, making his directorial debut after the success of his production venture Dookudu, signed on Allari Naresh to play the lead role in a comedy 3D film in November 2011.[1] In March 2012, the cast was finalised with Shaam, Raju Sundaram and Vaibhav. Kamna Jethmalani, Neelam Upadhyaya and Sneha Ullal were also selected to play leading female roles in the film. Bappa Lahiri, son of Bappi Lahiri, was signed on to compose the film's songs while Sunny M.R. composed the film's background score. The film will be shot in 3D with the Red One camera system by Sarvesh Murari, with technicians brought in from the USA to guide production. Sunil and Posani Krishna Murali made guest appearances.[2]

The Tamil version of the film was titled as Aasu Raja Rani Jackie Matrum Joker and the Telugu version was titled as Action, with both versions being launched at Karnataka School located in T Nagar, Chennai on 22 March 2012, with Tamil Nadu Governor K. Rosaiah gracing the event as chief guest.[3] The film is expected to be shot across the USA and Thailand.[4] Since 3D Camera does not support Zoom-in, Naresh had to use 78 retakes to complete a fight shot jumping six feet in the air to land a punch which should end exactly 3 feet from the camera from 8 PM to 6 AM.[5] Also, Naresh and Neelam Upadhyay shot the remix of the song "Swati Mutyapu Jallulo", from Nagarjuna's Prema Yuddham, which gained a cult status in those days.[6] The film's filming and post-production activities were wrapped up on 8 June 2013 and a function was held in regard of this fact.[7] However, apart from Multiplexes and A Centers, the film is releasing in 3D even in C Centers using Anaglyph 3D technology to overcome poor infrastructure in C centers for which special glasses were imported from China.[8] After getting feedback from the audience on the day of release, 15 minutes of film were edited out of the second half.

Parmanu The Story of Pokhran begins with Research And Test Wing’s Ashwat Raina (John Abraham), who is still ruing over the apathy displayed by the Prime Minister’s Office, PMO, during crucial moments. He had proposed the idea of nuclear test at a high-level meeting where the PM’s representative looked more interested in the snacks than the strategy.

Life has come a full circle for Ashwat, and he is called back by the PMO to re-launch the nuclear programme. It’s a shaky start with actors trying to adjust to their non-melodramatic characters. The writers mean business and thus nobody is allowed to take extra-long pauses. Important information about satellites, code-words and blast site are conveyed in a matter-of-fact tone.

Initially, it appears over simplified. Is it really this easy to dodge the world’s most efficient surveillance system? But this simplicity also makes the plan believable. One step at a time, characters begin to fit into the story.

The director, Abhishek Sharma, shows restrain and doesn’t hurry into the matter. He lets the plan sink in into the minds of the viewers. They know what to expect.

Parmanu movie review: John Abraham’s film has a thrilling climax

It’s a tricky situation. Parmanu is a film based on a real event not long ago. You can easily predict the direction of the wind. A structure is already developed. The only way to stop the audiences from losing interest is by keeping them thrilled.

Sub plots are introduced and they serve their purpose. In fact, the film doesn’t lose its sheen and engagement value because of the two spies introduced mid-way. Played by Mark Bennington and Abhiroy Singh, they add sleekness to Parmanu, usually non-existent in Hindi films.

There is also an attempt to introduce dark humour. It works, especially during an emotionally charged scene between John Abraham and Anuja Sathe, his wife in the film.

Parmanu revolves around John Abraham’s persona. There are dark edges and the writers dare to touch them. Maybe unintentional, but their idea of a headstrong and nationalist government servant sometimes looks like a plea for war. Thankfully, they control it in time and let the theme take over.

Sharma has judiciously used real footage. That take the focus away from uncertain actors and breaks the monotony of shooting at the same location.

John Abraham’s deadpan expressions are a hindrance but he somehow manages to hold his ground. Other actors follow his footsteps. It’s the writing that saves the day for Abraham and Parmanu.

Actually, the best moments of Parmanu arrive towards the end, just when they are needed. A film that was slowly progressing towards a definite end in the first half starts to gather steam 20 minutes into the second half.

The film opens 2 years later after part#1, with civil engineer Raghuvaran (Dhanush) winning the Civil Engineer of the Year 2016 Award working for Anitha Constructions and is an executive now with a parking spot. Later, Raguvaran's project team and vasundara's top team are invited at same time to exhibit their models for a proposed private Medical college and hospital construction, to a very rich and native Trader. vasundara exhibits heavy pride and ego, while raguvaran explains his project in simple manner. The trader gives the projects to anitha constructions. Raguvaran also provides some polite advice to vasundara outside the building. This offends her and she begins to go after him, placing one obstacle after another. First, she uses her influence in the state cabinet, to force the trader to give the project back to her. She then makes counter-bids to all Anitha construction projects at a lower price. So anitha constructions begins to loose its own projects. Raguvaran learns of this and quits his job, to save his first company.

He is approached by the son of a delhi-based construction mogul, with an idea of starting a new construction company with 50-50 shares. Raguvaran agrees, puts his house under mortgage of 5 million Rs and starts "VIP" constructions with the 200 unemployed engineers. The don't start ti get projects for a month. But due to word of mouth, the get offer from Mr.Prakash (Saravana Subbaiah), a greedy businessman who wants to build a theme park in a marshy land. Ragu's gang get excited but the soil tests prove them wrong and so he declines the project. Prakash bribes an executive of vasundara and makes her start on the same project. Ragu's team start a protest and a statewide uproar causes the project to be stopped by the government. Prakash is caught up between various lawsuits filed across the state. This causes a bad name and loss of projects to vasundara. To eliminate ragu, she targets his company. She anonymously buys the 50{87b999195636ce351b89ba6351ffbcf7676052f15f588a0c27dedf177e0c14a0} shares held by ragu, when it is legally up for sale to create funds. Ragu is fired from VIP constructions by Vasundara, and his 200 VIP friends quit immediately.

see who jumped in the ocean. She dreams about the incident frequently with the idea that the guy who jumped has died but her friends ask her to forget it. Ajay (Siva Balaji) is a spoiled brat, and is the son of local MP Avataram (Rajan P. Dev). He likes to flirt with beautiful girls and wants them to be his girlfriends. One day he sees Geeta and proposes to her. When she refuses, he threatens to jump from the top of college building. Being a weak-minded girl, Geeta accepts the proposal with the thought that as some guy has already died for her and she doesn't want someone to get hurt because of her and starts dating him. Arya (Allu Arjun) is a happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys his life with friends and kids. On his first day to the college, he sees Geeta who was just confessing her love to Ajay who was at the top of the college building, threatening her. Charmed by her beauty, Arya falls in love with her and proposes to her. She actually rejects his proposal saying that she is already committed to Ajay. One day Avataram arranges a party in his house and it so turns out that Ajay introduces Geeta to his father and persuades him to fix their marriage. Ajay's father, who initially pretended to accept his son's marriage with Geeta, turns tables upside down by introducing another girl Lalasa and announces that his son is going to marry Lalasa. He threatens his son not to marry anyone except Lalasa. Being embarrassed by the situation and helpless, Ajay sits down and starts to get frustrated. Arya, who loves Geeta so much that he never hesitated to help her, decides to bring Ajay to Geeta and helps them elope. On their way, they are followed by Avataram's henchmen. The three youngsters find a train and get into it. When they get down from the train in the night, they are shocked to see the leader of Avataram's henchmen who forces Geeta to come with him, defying his boss' order. On the other hand Ajay remains helpless, while Arya bravely fights all the men and finally defeats them, rescuing Ajay and Geeta. They walk on to the nearby town, Arya's hometown. Being tired, the three go to bed. The next morning they wake up and realize that Ajay is missing. Arya tries to convince Geeta that Ajay left to win over his father. This leaves private time for Arya and Geeta and they grow close to each other. Geetha starts liking Arya. But when she tries to reveal it to him, Ajay and his father return. Avataram agrees to get Ajay married to Geeta. On the day of wedding, Geeta finds out that Arya was the guy who dove into the sea for her anklet and realizes that he came into her life much before Ajay. She realizes that while Ajay blackmailed her into loving him, Arya just wanted to see her happy. Geeta also realizes that Arya truly loves her, while Ajay was just acting on his impulse of wanting what he couldn't have. She leaves the wedding hall in tears and confesses her love to Arya.

Danish "Dan" Walia (Varun Dhawan) is a hotel management trainee working for an internship course in a hotel in Delhi. His co-worker is Shiuli Iyer (Banita Sandhu). Dan is a man of careless attitude who does not like his job due to the low-class errands and has strained relations with most of his co-workers and seniors, contrasting with Shiuli who is calmer and good at her job. On New Year's Eve Shiuli and the other hotel interns party at the top of the terrace, but Dan is nowhere to be seen. Little realizing that the cliff is slippery, Shiuli falls from the terrace as she happens to ask of his whereabouts.

Critically injured, Shiuli is admitted to the hospital, and goes into a comatose state. When Dan learns about Shiuli's accident, he visits her in the hospital. Moved by her condition he begins visiting her regularly and develops an emotional attachment towards her when he comes to know that her last three words were "Dan kahaan hai?" ("Where is Dan?"). Due to his frequent visits to the hospital, his internship at the hotel suffers and he is fired. As months pass by, Shiuli slowly starts to recover. Dan gets another job at a different hotel in Kullu where he becomes a manager, however, unable to take Shiuli out of his mind, he returns to her. When Shiuli is discharged and taken home, Dan continues taking care of her.

One night, Shiuli has a seizure; her lungs collapse and she dies. Deeply grief-stricken, Dan takes the tree with himself under which Shiuli used to play as a child as her last memory as her family moves to Trichi.

Review: As Devinder Sharma’s life hangs in the balance in an ICU in a Mumbai hospital, his close family have no choice but to travel to the city to be with him in the time of crisis. The only thing is that Devinder isn’t blessed with the perfect family; they’re all perfectly dysfunctional instead. And perfectly middle class, too. As the eldest brother Jeetendar (Manoj Pahwa) pays double for air tickets for his entire family against the wishes of his wife, the younger one, Ravinder (Vinay Pathak) pinches pennies instead, hoping to get a cheaper deal to fly to Mumbai. They’re not being awkward here. This is how middle-class families operate. As days go by and Devinder does not show any signs of improving, his extended brood try to make the best out of their time in the big city which include shopping sprees and trips to the parlour by the women in the family, while the younger men trek out to take in the sinful nightlife that Mumbai has to offer. A niece named Nayantara (Sanah Kapoor) even goes for auditions with help from her shady Facebook friend. As the kids run amok, the elders too, figure out ways to pass time as their stay in the city keeps on lengthening.

Khajoor Pe Atke (2018)Hindilinks4u Watch Online Indian Movies Review:

Harsh Chhaya, in his directorial debut, has presented a dark yet hilarious portrayal of a family in crisis, which may seem over the top, yet is totally relatable. Performances by the entire ensemble cast, mainly the husband and wife duo Manoj and Seema Pahwa, are top-notch, and are the strength of the film along with the dialogues. While not all sub-plots are that interesting, with some even being a tad clichéd, there are several moments when the story takes over and you find yourself giggling at the goofiness unfolding on screen. The characters are well developed though, which keep you engrossed. Comparisons with the Marathi film Ventilator could have been valid, had the emotional angle in the film been a little strong. For now, 'Khajoor Pe Atke' is a funny situational comedy that lacks emotional depth, but delivers belly laughs by the plentiful.

Triplets Jai, Lava, and Kusa are being taken care by their maternal uncle (Posani Krishna Murali). They seek a humble life by stage drama performances. Both Lava and Kusa excel in acting whereas Jai is sidelined by his maternal uncle due to his stammering disability. Jai, though a member of the family, is generally set to do the household chores and treated as the second class citizen. An instigated and a humiliated Jai sets the drama stage on fire and flees. After 20 years, all three brothers (All played by N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) are scattered and seek their own lives in different places. Kusa, an expert mugger with a happy-go-lucky attitude mugs a huge amount of money to fly to the U.S. but the plan eventually fizzles out as the money becomes worthless due to demonetization. He happens to meet Lava, a bank manager, who adheres to his principles and runs an ethical life. Lava is an example for over goodness and entangled in many problems with his life because of it, with the fear of losing his job and his love, Priya (Raashi Khanna) his marriage broker whom he had fallen in love when his marriage was fixed and he realised about his love towards her when she didn't talk ,meet or saw him. Kusa hatches a plan to go to the bank and impersonate Lava while Lava tries to make Priya fall for him whose marriage was fixed.He says that she too loves him but doesn't accept because of her family and she never said that she doesn't love him and only says to go. Priya soon accepts his love. However, Kusa cheats Lava and runs away with money.

Priya disappears, and Priya's father files a kidnap case on Lava Kumar because a family member claims she saw Lava kidnap Priya and run away. Priya's father, a family member, and a police officer arrive at Lava's house. Lava swears he didn't kidnap Priya. Lava then receives a call from a colleague, V.A. Rajini, at his bank and she says that there is footage of him stealing money in the locker room of the bank. Lava, now realizing that Kusa cheated him, asks the police officer to find Kusa. Kusa is already captured by the police officer and tied up inside of a truck, where Lava and the police officer go. Lava confronts Kusa and asks him about the whereabouts of Priya. Kusa says that he didn't kidnap Lava's girlfriend but did take the money. Then, Lava and Kusa venture that if both of them are alive, Jai may also be. The police officer (Saikumar Pudipeddi) reveals his identity as someone close to Jai says that Jai's name isn't Jai and that his name is Ravan as he pretends to arrest them so he can bring Lava and Kusa to Jai/Ravan to kill them. The police officer narrates the story about Jai after the fire accident. He says that Ravan was the one who started the fire on purpose and that afterwards he fled to a dangerous town in which the police officer met Jai and raised him as his own under the name Ravan. The police officer then tells him that Ravan was trying to gain a seat in politics, but his temper made him an enemy to the public. He has brought them to his house to use Lava and his kindness to woo the people into voting for Ravan. The police officer also tells him that Ravan learned the weaknesses of both Lava and Kusa and stole Priya and the money, respectively. After knowing the truth about his elder brother Ravan (Jai), Lava and Kusa are taken to Ravan (Jai) house. Ravan (Jai) shows Lava and Kusa Priya and the money. Ravan tells Lava his role and tells Kusa that he has to woo the woman (Nivetha Thomas) that tried killing Ravan. Ravan (Jai) says they have to change their outfits like Ravan (Jai) and follow his mentor Kaka, the police officer. Lava succeeds by gaining the love of the public while impersonating Ravan (Jai). Kusa meet Simran (Nivetha Thomas) who is trying to take revenge on Ravan (Jai) for her brother's death. Kusa makes a deal with Simran that she has to act like the lover of Ravan (Jai) so that Kusa can get his money back and Simran can take her revenge on Ravan (Jai). Kusa tells the truth to Lava and Priya about his deal with Simran. Ravan (Jai) overhears the plan of Kusa and Simran and he angrily tries to kill Lava and Kusa. Lava begs his brother Ravan (Jai) to leave Kusa. Just then, Ravan receives a call in which he is told that he is the frontrunner for winning the election. Lava and Kusa hatch a plan to bring their brother back with them. They do a play in which emotional breakdowns occur in trying to convince Ravan (Jai) to be their brother again. Ravan (Jai), overcome with emotion, storms out. Later, it is known that Ravan (Jai) is secretly trying to kill Lava and Kusa. The next day, Lava and Kusa drive the car that has a bomb attached to it. After they leave, Ravan reveals his plan to kill Lava and Kusa. The triplets' maternal uncle begs Ravan (Jai) to save Lava and Kusa. Ravan doesn't listen. Then, the triplets' maternal uncle asks Kaka to tell Ravan (Jai) to not kill Lava and Kusa kaka says he already told him to not kill them the previous night, but he didn't reply. Ravan (Jai) tells Kaka that Kaka didn't tell him to save them the previous night. Kaka comes to know that he told Lava this, thinking he was Ravan (Jai). Lava tells the plan to Kusa while they are driving and they understand Ravan (Jai) and decide to die. Sarkar, who is seeking to take revenge on Ravan for his win in the election (Jai) stops the car. Sarkar thinks that there are only twins and says whoever reveals their identity as Ravan will be killed and the other spared. Both Lava and Kusa pretend to be Ravan and in frustration, Sarkar shoots Kusa. As Lava is screaming Kusa's name after he is shot, Sarkar thinks that Lava is actually Ravan if the person he just shot is Kusa. A fight ensues to try and kill them both. Ravan (Jai) comes and save Lava and Kusa by killing Sarkar and his goons. Ravan is hurt repeatedly and soon dies after the fight. This is how the story ends.

Javed Ibrahim (Jagapati Babu), is a high-profile gangster who is in hiding in Tenerife islands with his gang and daughter, Alia (Aditi Arya), due to several of his scams being exposed in India. Kalyan Ram (Nandamuri Kalyan Ram), happens to see her during a fight at an illegal fight club and falls head over heels for her. He even befriends Javed Bhai after offering him local Indian Karim Beedis. However, neither of them disclose their identities to each other. With the help of marriage broker Don Bosco (Ali), Javed Bhai gets Alia engaged to the Prince of Persia. Meanwhile, Javed Bhai helps Kalyan woo a girl he likes, unaware that the girl is his daughter. Alia slowly falls for Kalyan Ram, and informs Javed Bhai, who, realising her lover is Kalyan, attempts to prove to her that he is cheating her. Meanwhile, in India, The Grand Leakage Company, a website/company, reveals Javed Bhai's whereabouts, and by seeing through the plan, Javed Bhai and Alia realise that the founder of the company, who has been unknown for years, is none other than Kalyan Ram. Alia, who is still madly in love with him, runs away from their yacht and escapes to India. Meanwhile, Kalyan, whose actual name is Sathya Marthand, is an undercover journalist whose father, Dasaradh Rao (Tanikella Bharani) was handicapped by a criminal contractor when the former, a journalist, exposed the latter's use of faulty cement to construct buildings. Sathya, in retaliation, attempted to kill the contractor, but realised that the idea of a crime is what encourages corruption. He, hence, is on a journey to fight corruption. He gets information about Bank of Paradise, a Tenerife-based bank owned by Javed Bhai, which holds over a billiard rupees. The Grand Leakage Company has employed over thousands of anonymous journalism students, who together, take on corruption in Indian. Alia lands in India and tracks down Sathya's address, threatening to kill his parents and herself if he does not return home. Sathya returns, but tells her that he does not have any feelings for her. However, his parents, who have grown fond of Alia, refuse to let her go, and try forcing Sathya to wed her. After gathering details about Sathya, Javed Bhai informs the police about his activities, including his plan to wipe off the entire money present at Bank of Paradise.

They are almost successful, but the police catch Sathya, and his 4 friends, who were assigned the task of completing the operation, are brutally murdered by local goons. After giving a stellar session in court, the public realise Sathya's goodness, including his craving for justice to all families below the poverty line. He even lets out the code of the accounts in the bank, letting his co "hacktivists" hack into the Bank of Paradise, dividing the money equally into the bank account of every above-poverty line Indian citizen, requesting them to give at least 10{87b999195636ce351b89ba6351ffbcf7676052f15f588a0c27dedf177e0c14a0} of their money to below poverty line farmers and families, else they will be the reason their country gets ruined. He is then taken to be escorted to the Central Jail. En Route, they are stopped and Sathya is kidnapped by Javed Bhai's men. Javed Bhai tells a reluctant Sathya to marry Alia, but is double-crossed by his henchmen who are ordered to kill Sathya by Minister Kotilinga (Posani Krishna Murali), who was also involved in Javed's scams. Javed and Sathya take down all the goons. The film ends with Javed returning to Tenerife to continue his business, after having dropped Alia and Sathya in Goa, who then go undercover again.

A gang has kidnapped a girl and several police officers, including Karthik (Sibiraj), attempt to rescue her. During a shootout, one man from the gang and a police officer, a good friend of Karthik, are killed, while Karthik himself gets injured. He is put out of action and also suffers from posttraumatic stress disorder.

Subramani (Idoh) is a trained military dog, which has the potential to nab culprits and to decipher a crime scene. After its owner, an army officer, is shot dead, the dog is returned to the officer's father in Coimbatore, who is a neighbor of Karthik. The neighbor leaves the town and requests Karthik to provide shelter to the dog during his absence. Karthik denies the request, but provides shelter after seeing the dog being troubled the small kids in the neighborhood. Karthik learns about the dog and become good friends sharing bed and food.

Meanwhile, Karthik's wife, Renuka (Arundhati), is abducted by Anbu Das (Balaji Venugopal), the head of the kidnapping ring, and is buried alive inside a coffin. A web camera is attached into the coffin and the live stream is provided to Karthik. Karthik learns that Renuka can breathe for about 6 hours. Renuka speaks to someone and with the help of deaf and dumb teacher Karthik deciphers what Renuka had conveyed. Suddenly, water trickles into the coffin and Karthik concludes that it has to be rainwater. He along with Subramani and his cop friends, travel to Ooty, the only place in Tamil Nadu, where it was raining at the moment.

Anbu had kidnapped Renuka to avenge the death of his brother, who was not the man from his gang but the police officer, who worked as a mole in the police department. Karthik is then hit by a metal rod and also buried in a coffin. Subramani sniffs out Anbu and his henchmen. While Anbu can escape to a tree house, his henchmen get bitten by Subramani, who then saves Karthik by digging a pit. Anbu gets hold of a gun and shoots at Subramani, injuring him fatally, before Karthik manages to outwit Anbu. Before dying, Subramani had marked the place where Renuka is buried and Karthik can save her, while Anbudas has been buried alive in the same manner.

Subramani has got offsprings and Karthik is given one of the puppies. The movie ends with a scene where Karthik and his new dog, who has been named Chinnamani in Subramani's memory, are being entrusted to investigate a new case.
