Katappa continues to narrate the story of how he ended up killing Bahuballi. After vanquishing the Kalakeyas, Amarendra Bahubali is declared the future King and Bhallala Deva is declared the Commander in Chief.Before the coronation, Queen Mother Sivagami begins to look for a bride for Amarendra. She instructs Amarendra and Kattappa to tour the kingdom to understand its current state and its people. Amarendra falls in love with the Devasena who is a princess of the Kuntala Kingdom and the sister of the king of Kuntala. Bhallala Deva learns of Amarendra's attempts to woo Devasena and hatches a plot to drive a wedge between Amarendra and Sivagami by asking for Devasena's hand in marriage for himself. Sivagami unaware that Amarendra is in love with Devasena promises Bhalladeva, Devasenas hand in marriage. When Sivagami sends over a convoy to the kingdom of Kuntala, the Mahismati emissary makes the marriage proposal in an arrogant way.Devasena rejects the marriage proposal with harsh words.Sivagami is engraged to hear Devasenas response and orders that Devasena be brought to Mahismati as a captive. The kingdom of Kuntala is attacked by Pinjaris, a decoit like army.Amarendra ,with the help of Devasenas cousin, KumaraVarma are able to nullify the attack and save Kuntala. Amarendra reveals who he is, tries to allay the fears of Sivagami's rage and convinces Devasena to come with him to Mahismati, as his future bride. Upon reaching Mahismati the misunderstanding comes to light. Sivagami delivers an ulitmatum to Amarendra that he must either chose the throne or Devasena and he chooses the latter. Bhalladeva is coronated as the King and Amarendra is made the Commander in Chief but its quite obvious that Amarendra is still the peoples king. At Devasena's baby shower, Bhalladeva relieves Amarendra of his duties as Commander in chief so that Amarendra can be with his wife. Devasena immediately speaks out against the King's manipulation and the mute inaction of Sivagami.Due to further clashes, Devasena and Amarendra are banished from the Palace.Amarendra and Devasena live happily among the people . Balladeva hatches a plot to convince Sivagami that Amarendra is trying to assassinate him.Sivagami convinced that Balla deva's life is under threat and open action would result in factions and civil war, orders Katappa to assassinate Amarendra. Katappa bound by his word to serve the Queen, draws Amarendra by feigning as if he is in trouble, and then stabs him in the back and kills him. Katappa learns of Ballaladeva's treachery and informs Sivagami. Devasena too arrives to learn of her husbands death with her son, Mahendra Bahabali in her arms. Sivagami informs the panicked hordes outside her palace that Amarendra is dead and the baby,Mahendra is the new King. As Bhalladeva and his men are about to seize the Queen, she flees with Mahendra Bahubali. Devasena is taken prisoner. Mahendra Bahubali returns to the palace and defeats Bhalladeva and becomes the new King of Mahismati.

But Vicky's principles and attitude leads to a clash of interests with his father, who constantly advises him to adjust his character for his and other's happiness but to no avail. Meanwhile in India, Vicky's parents arrange a wedding alliance between him and Priya, Vicky's childhood friend who is a doctor by profession. She and Vicky are poles apart; while Vicky is modern in his thinking and is not ready to compromise with his life, Priya is traditional and conservative and is ready to compromise for the happiness of others. Initially, Vicky and Priya do not get along well, and both play practical jokes on one another. But later, on her father's advice, Priya attempts to change her attitude towards Vicky. Soon Priya falls in love with Vicky and changes in many ways for him, such as giving up her love of classical dance as Vicky does not like it, eating non-vegetarian food and wearing modern dresses. Vicky too begins to fall in love with her and is ready to accept the wedding proposal until he finds out that Priya has compromised on her interests for his sake. He rejects the wedding proposal and returns to Australia. Back in Australia, Vicky is matched up through a Cadbury survey with Maggie, a free-spirited modern girl who shares his no-compromise attitude. Both of them meet at a mall and interested in each other, begin to date and soon decide to get married. However, Maggie's father is none other than the MindGames head's brother, who is unwilling to let Vicky marry Maggie. After much persuasion from Vicky, Maggie's father agrees to let Vicky marry Maggie on the condition that he should stay in his house for 4 days for Maggie's sister's wedding and if Vicky manages to win over at least 2 relatives of Maggie, he can marry her and he would get a business in India else he should forget Maggie and leave the contract. But Vicky changes the condition that if at least 1 relative of Maggie does not get convinced that Vicky is the correct match for Maggie then he would forget Maggie and leave the contract, else he would marry Maggie and does not leave the contract. Soon, the relatives begin pouring in from India and among them, to Vicky's shock, is Priya, who happens to be the groom's cousin. During the 4 days, with the help of Priya, he manages to win over the entire family. It is clear that Vicky is going to win Maggie's father's challenge. Priya leaves for India on the night before Vicky wins the challenge, heartbroken at the thought that Vicky is marrying someone else. Vicky receives a message Priya had recorded prior to him rejecting her on his mobile phone where she had declared her love for him. He gains a change of heart on seeing this message and realises how much Priya had loved him and was willing to change for him, in spite of his faults. He also realises the need for compromises in life. Vicky conveys his feelings to all the wedding guests present and decides not to marry Maggie. Maggie understands his feelings and accepts his decision. Vicky returns to India to win back Priya. After initially playing hard-to-get, Priya accepts Vicky's love and they live happily ever after.

The movie story deals with Rishi a happy-go-lucky son of Bhupathi. Rishi is influenced by his father's ideals and grows up just like his father. But Bhupathi doesn't want his son to take up violence and make more enemies like him. He sends his son to Bangalore for studies and to learn music. There Rishi falls for Deepali, an orphan and brings her to his house in the disguise of his old music teacher as he wants his father to be happy that he doesn't take up the violence. During the festivals held in their village, Simhadri, sends 100 thugs to kill Bhupathi and

his family. Rishi saves his father by eliminating all the thugs. Bhupathi's brother joins hands with Simhadri, so they can kill Bhupathi, Bhupathi's wife, and Deepali in a temple. Simhadri tells Rishi that a local goon helped Bhupathi's brother kill Bhupathi and his family. Rishi wants to destroy Bhupathi's killers, but Simhadri kills himself. In a rage, Rishi stabs Simhadri's corpse more than once. Raju is one of Bhupathi's bodyguards. Some of Bhupathi's bodyguards are still alive. Raju and the other bodyguards assist Rishi to get revenge. Two years later, Rishi discovers that a Goon named Stephen was doing illegal business in Hyderabad for a very long time. Nandini still wants to help Rishi locate Stephen and Robert. Rishi bribes Nanu's henchmen to stop protecting Nanu. Rishi tells his henchmen including Raju to take Nandini back to her home. Rishi tortures Nanu, until Nanu agrees to lure Stephen and Robert into a trap. Stephen and Robert arrive in a helicopter. It's revealed that Stephen and Robert sent 2 henchmen to disguise themselves as Stephen and Robert. Nanu and his henchmen didn't expect Stephen and Robert to fool Rishi. Nanu's glad that Stephen and Robert fooled Rishi. Rishi realizes that his bodyguards including Raju and Nandini got kidnapped by the bad guys. Robert calls Rishi's cell phone. Robert says, "My informer followed Nanu for these past 2 years just in case if you tried to locate me. My informer told me that you kidnapped Nanu and I sent my henchmen to kidnap Raju, Nandini, and your other bodyguards." Rishi gets taken to his old home. Rest of Rishi's bodyguards got killed. Nandini and Raju are still alive. Robert kills Raju. Rishi manages to kill Stephen, Stephen's henchmen, Stephen's hot female bodyguards, Robert, and Robert's son in a violent manner. Bujji (Prabhas) and Chitti (Trisha Krishnan) are inseparable childhood friends. But when Bujji crashes Chitti's sandcastle by mistake, Chitti gets angry and asks Bujji not to meet her for 12 years. She does, however, promise to marry him at the end of the lengthy hiatus, leaving Bujji but a glimmer of hope. After half-heartedly agreeing to her harsh terms, the forlorn Bujji leaves home, the pain of living in Visakhapatnam without seeing Chitti too much to bear. He winds up in Chennai, hence the tagline, Made in Chennai. He spends those dozen years in Chennai presumably like a 'goonda', as he is shown beating up people. Also, he spouts Tamil dialogues now and then, and is a great fan of Rajnikanth. When Bujji returns after 12 years, he foolishly beats up cops in mufti, and lands in jail. In jail, he encounters the sons of Machi Reddy (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who give him Rs 1,00,00,000 to finish off Sivanna (Mohan Babu). But when Bujji tires to kill Sivanna, he is injured. Sivanna lets him stay at his house and uses him as his henchman. Only then does he learn that his long lost love, Chitti, is Sivanna's sister. Chitti is studying in London and her family is living in Hyderabad. She sends her sister Sanjana to contact Bujji. Bujji disguises his name as Rajini Kanth when he is treated there. Sivanna learns that his actual name is Bujji,


but he asks him not to tell Chitti, because he is scared she might never want to see him again, since he was responsible for his wife's death. When Machi Reddy learns that he is part of Sivanna's gang, his son shoots Chitti and kidnaps Sanjana, and says to switch her for Sivanna . Chitti sends Bujji to save Sivanna.Bujji thrashehs the goons and kill all.Chitti gets saved and reunites with Bujji and lives with Sivanna.
